CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
At Solvyre Medical Aesthetics & Wellness LLC, we value your time and are committed to providing every client with exceptional care and attention. Because appointment times are reserved specifically for you, we kindly ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
CANCELLATIONS WITH MORE THAN 24 HOURS' NOTICE
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, no cancellation fee will be charged.
Any eligible deposit may be applied toward your rescheduled appointment in accordance with Solvyre's deposit terms.
LATE CANCELLATIONS — LESS THAN 24 HOURS' NOTICE
If you cancel or request to reschedule less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, a late cancellation fee may be charged.
Solvyre reserves the right to determine the applicable fee based on the appointment, service reserved, and circumstances of the cancellation.
NO-CALL / NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS
If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without calling or providing notice, the appointment will be considered a No-Call / No-Show.
For all No-Call / No-Show appointments:
Deposits are non-refundable.
Any amount paid toward reserving the appointment will not be refunded.
An additional fee may be required before scheduling another appointment.
APPOINTMENT DEPOSITS
Appointment deposits are used to reserve your specific appointment date and time.
If you provide the required notice, your deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment when permitted by Solvyre.
No-Call / No-Show deposits are forfeited and will not be refunded.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or the need to reschedule to avoid disrupting appointments scheduled after yours.
If an appointment cannot be completed because of a late arrival, it may be treated as a late cancellation and applicable fees may apply.
EXCEPTIONS
Solvyre Medical Aesthetics & Wellness LLC understands that emergencies and unexpected circumstances can occur. Exceptions to this policy may be considered at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By scheduling an appointment with Solvyre Medical Aesthetics & Wellness LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & No-Show Policy, including any applicable cancellation fees and the forfeiture of deposits for No-Call / No-Show appointments.
